Getting to Warsaw
Warsaw is easily accessible for international travelers, with direct flights connecting Warsaw Chopin Airport (https://lotnisko-chopina.pl/en/index.html) to major airports around the world. A smaller airport, Warsaw Modlin Airport, is located ca. 40 minutes from the city center. For those coming from within Europe, Warsaw is also well-connected by train (https://www.intercity.pl/en/).
Getting around Warsaw
Getting around Warsaw is easy and convenient, thanks to a well-developed public transport network that includes buses, trams, and the metro (https://www.wtp.waw.pl/en/public-transport-in-warsaw/). Tickets can be purchased via vending machines and mobile apps, on buses and trams, and at metro stations. For those preferring a taxi, several reliable taxi corporations are available. The conference venue, Dobra 55, is located in the very center of Warsaw, close to the main campus, the University of Warsaw Library (BUW), numerous cafes and restaurants, the Vistula Boulevard, and the Old Town. It’s convenient for public transport, bike, and car users. The building itself features some mobility accommodations such as a ramp and a lift.
